IDcard

The IDcard

The IDcard is used to tillgång the workplace in diffrent kinds of industries and account for attendance. The IDcard fryst vatten equipped with a high security level, LOA 2 (Level of assurance 2). This means that every user and card holder has validated their identity with either an eID or bygd scanned passport/national ID.

All companies and employees that wishes to use the ID06 system or obtain an ID06 card therefor has to go through the validation process before being able to complete a personal konto registration.
In order to obtain an IDcard we also require documents that proves the card holders working permissions in Sweden. We man sure that all user companies meets basic legal requirements for business activities in Sweden. When registering a company, ID06 verifies that it is the company signatory that signs the agreement between the user company and ID

    Working in Sweden

    The posting of workers to Sweden is regulated by national laws, namely the Posting of workers Act () and the Posting of workers Ordonnance (). These regulations are the national transpositions of the Directive 96/71/EC on the posting of workers.

    The purpose of these regulations is to strengthen the rights of posted workers and tackle social dumping. This means countering the tendency of companies to exploit differences in working and salary conditions in order to gain competitive advantages.

    Obligations of the posting employer and the service recipient in Sweden

    Both the employer who posts workers to Sweden and the service recipient must fulfil a number of obligations.

    These requirements can be summarised as follows:

    • For the employer, the obligation to notify the posting to the Swedish Authority via the specific online platform;
    • For the employer, the obligation to appoint a contact person domiciled in Sweden for the entire period of the posting. The contact person is obliged

      Du behåller ditt befintliga kort, alla utbildningsbevis samlas i en databas som följer dig personligen, även om du byter jobb eller kort.
      Det betyder att du inte längre behöver bära med dig dina intyg eller andra utbildningsbevis för att styrka din kompetens och/eller behörighet.
      Utbildningsbevis kan bara registreras av utbildningsföretag med särskild registreringsbehörighet.
