Jag kommer hem igen till jul is a Christmas skiva by Peter Jöback, released on 18 November ,[1][2][3] consisting of both classic and modern Christmas songs. On the album charts, it topped in Sweden by late In late , it reentered the charts including a new single, "Gå inte förbi", a duett with Norwegian singer Sissel Kyrkjebø. The album also peaked number four on the Norwegian Albums Chart.
The skiva sold more than copies.[2] The skiva was rereleased for the 10th anniversary in [4]
Recording
[edit]The album was recorded in August on Rommarö, during late summer heat. Outside, temperatures hit + 30 °C. inre the studio, candles were lit to create Christmas spirit. Between recordings, Peter Jöback and the musicians went outside to bath in the water.[2]

Peter Arne Jöback (born 4 June ) is a Swedish singer, actor and musical artist.[1]
Jöback has acted in musical theatre, with lead roles in West End productions of Miss Saigon and The Witches of Eastwick. He is also known for his portrayals of the Phantom in West End and Broadway productions of The Phantom of the Opera. More recently, Jöback took on the role of Jean Valjean in a West End production of Les Misérables. He will reprise the same role for Les Misérables: The Arena Spectacular World Tour.

[edit]Peter Jöback was born on 4 June in Stockholm. He spent his childhood in Värmland and Östergötland.[2]
As a student Jöback attended the Adolf Fredrik's Music School in Stockholm.[3]
